Windows 7 has several hidden & locked themes provided for regional countries. When you first start the Windows 7 installation you select a language, time and currency format which is specific to a region or country and windows 7 activates theme based on your regional selection. But during installation all themes get copied on your machine. Method 1:
Here are steps to access other international themes.

1. Go to Start button on desktop and select Run (or press Windows key + R ).
2. In Run type ‘C:WindowsGlobalizationMCT’. After typing and entering new window (MCT folder) will open with Five Folders.
3. In the MCT folder you will find additional themes for Canada, Australia, South Africa, and Great Britain.
4. Go into the Theme folder double click on the the thumbnail and it will automatically installed.

Method 2:
Here is another method (Using windows 7 Search ) to unhide Windows 7 hidden locked Themes

1. Go to Windowswinsxs Directory
2. Search for *.theme.
3. Double click themes with name in the format of XX to apply and save the theme.
